The local building regulations are questioned. Instead of three free-standing blocks, two blocks aligned withe the street; one of them horizontal, the other one following the slope.
Between them, a public park that respects the existing vegetation and, destpite the steep topography, has walkways which can be used by disabled people and will become an important relation place for neighbours.
Each building has two distinct faces. To the north a single window type is used for all bedrooms. To the South, the façades zig-zag with large terraces that break the monotony of the blocks.
