The visual impact of the housing complex is minimized by dividing it into smaller independent volumes linked by recessed cores. Each smaller volume has the approximate size of the surrounding single family houses and can be placed at a different level allowing for an optimum adaptation to both the topography and the geometry of the plot.

The modulation of each volume, a highly industrialized dry-construction system, and the use of “Light Steel Framing” load-bearing facades -which eliminate all columns- permit a fast assembly of all the building components.
