Each of the cubic buildings imposed by local building regulations is broken in two blocks: one of them is cantilevered and has commercial space on the ground floor while the other is entirely dedicated to housing.
The relationship between the street and the park below is enhanced by establishing an access for each building instead of one every three builidings. Special care is taken to control the vision of the housing complex from the park below by fragmenting and half-burying the parking space under the buildings.
