In a competition with the purpose of improving on an existing housing project by completely redesigning it, our proposal achieved the following objective advances:

• Reduction of total amount of staircase-elevator cores.
• Increase of total amount of double bedrooms (from 24 to 40) by improving the layout.
• Provision of a meeting space/multipurpose room for the community.
• Integration of the parking ramp within the building to gain a larger garden for the community.
