For every apartment to have at least its living room enjoying the views and sunlight in a parcel with a hostile face and a kind face (noise & shade vs. silence & sunlight), the block is divided in two:

Behind, facing the motorway, two blue solid walls/ramparts with very small holes that house the bedrooms and kitchens.

In front, facing the square, four free-standing towers, separated so that the apartments placed behind have views between them over the public space. Each tower has a vertical circulation core and marks the access to the entrance halls.
