A steep slope with views to the south, over the Pitarque river valley. The new building is open to the views, broken down in terraces and firmly rooted to minimize its visual impact. Its tile roofs evoke the vernacular architecture of the area.
Two volumes. The first , a hotel and staff house; the other, a restaurant. In the crack between them, the entrance, covered by a double height porch that frames the fabulous views over the the village and the Maestrazgo mountain range.
