One building, two volumes:
The Plinth: A white pre-cast concrete solid, which occupies the totality of the building lot, excavated by the access square and three patios. The Cantilevered Block: Completely covered with a copper veil, it projects out of the plinth with a large cantilever that signals the entrance to the building. A flexible building. A representative building. An imposing deadline. Exceptions and distortions (patios in the plinth, an eccentric core and double-height spaces in the cantilevered block) superimposed on a strict structural grid, qualify space and enhance its posibilities. They make it more flexible. Abstraction, Scale, Light and Space make it representative. In only ten months.
