An Interpretation Centre of the era of Christian repopulation in Bellpuig, one of the very few remaining medieval monasteries in the Balearic Islands.
The intervention follows the growth system of the existing building and is also organized around a new courtyard open to the holm oak woods around. Its roofs are always lower than the huge wall to which they are attached, highlighting the importance of the ruins.
From the old cloister the new extension is nearly invisible but it interacts with the ruins by placing in the the eastern wing of the monastery the cafeteria and the small auditorium, the two spaces most likely to be used by non-specialist visitors.
