First case ever of the new regional regulations being applied to a social housing project. New rules, new solutions. A new model

Double-function elements. The  recquired drying-area patio is at the same time a skylight that dignifies the access to the apartments and permits their cross-ventilation.

Unity within the variety. The careful layout of the plan organizes the two housing  typologies (1 room, 2 rooms) in a single whole. In both cases, the façade is liberated to obtain cross-views across the house and a feeling of spaciousnees quite rare in such buildings.

A single opening, of generous dimensions that projects in (living room windows) and out (bedroom bay window). Each apartment has at least one of each type
